On a stage, a cow is eating a music sheet while a (post horn?) musical instrument is attached to the cows horn and is playing music. A bagpipe replaces the cows utter and the chanter is attached to a butter churn which is labelled MILK. Beside the butter churn a man holds the handle/plunger of the churn as well as the cows tail in one hand, and has a cigarette in his mouth. He is wearing traditional dutch outift.
